Katrice C. Boland
Katrice C. Boland, Principal at Boland Consulting Group, is an Associate Certified Coach who helps leaders tap into their full potential. With a deep belief that it's never too late to grow or change, Katrice brings experience, insight, and a growth mindset to every coaching relationship.
She empowers clients to identify strengths, improve communication, and achieve meaningful goals. Drawing from her own journey of reinvention, Katrice understands the courage it takes to step outside your comfort zone—and she inspires her clients to do the same.
Katrice has coached leaders across industries including finance, healthcare, consulting, and entertainment, always focused on transformational outcomes, performance growth, and leadership elevation.
She holds a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from Emory University. Before founding Boland Consulting Group, she built a successful career in financial services and marketing and also took time to raise a family.

D. Steve Boland
D. Steve Boland is the former Chief Administrative Officer for Bank of America and oversaw the delivery of the company’s full range of capabilities for clients globally through its Public Policy, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Workforce Development, Arts & Heritage, Global Corporate Communications, External Communications, Global Corporate Security, Executive Protection, Enterprise Services, and other related functions as well as, in the U.S., through its local markets organization including nearly 100 market presidents and teams. Previously, he served as the president of Retail Banking, responsible for the growth of the business serving 33 million U.S. mass market consumers.
In the course of his career, he was recognized with several prestigious professional honors. These include being recognized by The Urban League of Central Carolinas with their 2023 Whitney M. Young, Jr. Award; as well as being named to Savoy Magazine’s 2022 Most Influential Black Executives in Corporate America, Black Enterprise Magazine’s 2017 list of the Most Powerful Executives in Corporate America, 75 Most Powerful Blacks on Wall Street in 2011, and 75 Most Powerful African Americans in Corporate America in 2005.
Boland also serves on the Board of Directors of Frontdoor, Inc., as well as numerous nonprofit organizations. Boland holds a degree in organizational studies from the School of Education and Social Policy from Northwestern University.
